Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how the provider of PolymarketAI (“PolymarketAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the PolymarketAI mobile or web application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). It does not govern third-party services that have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we handle

Device and authentication information

We generate or receive an anonymous installation identifier, an installation authentication secret, authentication tokens, and basic request metadata needed to authenticate the app, protect the Service, and diagnose reliability or security issues. Request metadata may include timestamps, endpoint requests, response status, and limited technical information normally transmitted with network requests.

Subscription information

If you make an in-app purchase, the application marketplace processes your payment information. We may receive and store transaction identifiers, product and subscription status, purchase and expiration dates, environment, and verification results needed to provide and restore paid features. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Apple.

Market and portfolio requests

When you request market information, AI analysis, or connected portfolio features, the app processes the market, event, account, or request data needed to provide that feature. Information sent to our backend for AI analysis may be processed by our service providers. Your Polymarket secret key is not included.

Settings stored on your device

Preferences such as your analysis language and locally saved credentials may be stored on your device. Web versions do not persist the Polymarket secret key by default.

3. Polymarket credentials stay local

If you choose to connect a Polymarket account, the app may ask for a key identifier and secret key. On supported iOS and Android devices, these are stored locally using Keychain or Keystore-backed secure storage. The secret key is used on the device for authenticated Polymarket requests.

We design the Service so the secret key is not sent to PolymarketAI backend services or AI providers and is not intentionally included in analytics, crash reports, application logs, screenshots, or support exports. You can remove saved credentials through the app’s settings. Local deletion does not revoke the credential at Polymarket; rotate or revoke it through the relevant Polymarket account controls if necessary.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide, authenticate, maintain, and secure the Service;
• retrieve requested market or portfolio information and generate requested AI analysis;
• verify purchases, maintain subscription entitlements, and restore access;
• detect abuse, investigate errors, and improve reliability and performance;
• comply with law and enforce our User Agreement; and
• communicate important service, privacy, or security information where a communication channel is available.

We do not sell personal information or use your Polymarket secret key for advertising.

5. When information is shared

We may disclose limited information:

• To service providers that host infrastructure, process AI requests, verify purchases, or support security and operations, only as needed to perform services for us;
• To third-party platforms at your direction when the app requests information or performs a feature you initiate;
• For legal and safety reasons when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or secure the Service; and
• In a business transfer such as a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Your Polymarket secret key is not shared in these circumstances because it is not transmitted to our backend.

6. Data retention

We retain backend information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and subscription records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and operational need.

Local settings and credentials remain on your device until you remove them, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to how your operating system handles secure storage and backups. Marketplace providers retain purchase records under their own policies.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated service requests and OS-backed secure storage for local credentials on supported mobile devices. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, altered, or disclosed.

You should secure your device, use current software, restrict device access, and rotate credentials if you suspect compromise. Local secure storage does not protect against every threat, including a fully compromised device, screen or clipboard capture, or a malicious app build.

8. Your choices and controls

• Credentials: View or remove saved Polymarket credentials in the app settings and revoke them through the third-party account where applicable.
• Subscriptions: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your application marketplace account. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Local data: Remove app data using in-app controls, device settings, or by uninstalling the app, subject to operating-system behavior.
• Feature use: You may choose not to connect a Polymarket account or request AI analysis.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we control, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a response or complain to a privacy regulator.

These rights may be subject to exceptions, identity verification, and limits under applicable law. Because the Service generally uses an anonymous device identifier rather than a named account, we may be unable to associate a request with backend records unless you provide information sufficient to verify the relevant installation.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Service, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. International data processing

The Service and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Third-party services

The Service may interact with Polymarket, Apple, AI providers, market-data sources, and other third parties. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before using connected features. PolymarketAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with Polymarket unless expressly stated.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date and provide additional notice where required. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

For privacy questions or requests, use the developer contact method provided on the PolymarketAI listing in the app marketplace from which you downloaded the app. Please do not include your Polymarket secret key or other sensitive credentials in a support request.
